Growing up close to nature in British Columbia, Canada and embarking on 'vision quests', I have personally experienced and witnessed in others, the profound transformation that occurs through practices and wisdom of the past.

 Using my experience operating in complex and uncertain environments as a British military officer and my varied business experience in dynamic start-ups and the innovative renewable energy sector, I challenge the status-quo and combine my supply chain and project manager skills with leadership development and coaching to transform business and cultures.
